How many of you wear Mangalagiri #Sarees? Here is the History of Mangalagiri Sarees: Mangalagiri indicates 'The holy hill' & it is a small town in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh. It may be small in terms of geography but is very rich in culture & tradition. It is one of the 8 Mahakshetrams in India. The place is famous for its distinct variety of sarees, which is now known as Mangalagiri Sarees. Mangalagiri sarees are woven from cotton & feature borders with closely-knit patterns embroidered with zari. Usually these patterns are minute checks or small simple frames. Traditional #MangalagiriSaree collections are available with various #Design's @R.S.Brothers. (Image copyrights belong to their respective owners)
